Annual Apple Tasting Hosted by Kwiaht & the Orcas Island Historical Museums

The Orcas Island Historical Museums and Kwiaht will host the third annual Apple Tasting at the Museum on Saturday, October 4, from 12:30-2:30pm. Attendees can sample dozens of varieties of local apples, enjoy fresh-pressed cider, and learn about Orcas Island’s heritage orchards. Although apple tasting will conclude at 2:30, apple pressing will continue until 3:30. Community members are welcome to bring their own apples to press or use those provided. This event is supported by Girl Meets Dirt and Orcas Isle Cider.
