The Orcas Animal Protection Society is a modern, clean, visitor and animal friendly shelter in Eastsound. Here, care and shelter is provided for our homeless and abandoned cats and dogs. The Orcas APS offers many other helpful services for pets and their owners. We are fully qualified by the IRS as a 501[c][3] charitable organization.
