Sandy Playa, a retired Park Ranger, has been officiating weddings on Orcas since 1992. Her specialty is weaving together tradition and individual beliefs into heartwarming, meaningful wedding ceremonies. She spends her spare time leading kayak tours, hiking with her dogs, and enjoying life @ Spring Bay on Orcas Island with her husband Carl
