Olga Rising

Olga Rising is located on an old island homestead in a small orchard garden in the center of Eastsound. We offer freshly baked buttermilk biscuit breakfast sandwiches, pastries and made to order lunch sandwiches. Olga Rising uses Lighthouse Roasters espresso from Seattle, WA. Each shot is manually calibrated to offer you the best cup of espresso you can find. Olga Rising offers what we islanders call "old island style" and it can't be mistaken. Come sit in our garden or on our patio and get a feel for what "island time" is all about.
