OPAL Community Land Trust Facilities Manager

Description: The Facilities Manager oversees maintenance and implements or manages repairs, cyclical maintenance, and capital replacement for OPAL’s rental properties and serves as a resource for OPAL homeowners. The Facilities Manager hires and supervises contractors to implement cyclical preventative maintenance, conducts emergent repairs requested by tenants, and responds rapidly to address emergency repairs.
This is a year-round position and requires regular onsite work; some computer work can be done remotely if desired, but there will be a desk space provided in the OPAL office in Eastsound. The position requires the ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach for extended periods of time. The ability to lift, push and pull objects that weigh up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Pay and Benefits: Salary range for full-time (40 hours) per week is $75,000 – $85,000 per year depending on experience. Benefits include sick leave, paid time off, cost share on health insurance, contribution to retirement account.
