Zumba with Alyson Stephens

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m., join your friends for a fun dance fitness workout that will make you feel great!  Come to Odd Fellows Hall or dance along at home via Zoom, and modify the moves as desired. It’s all about the enjoyment of movement, music and togetherness.
